Hygiene

The light head features an ultra-thin, streamlined aluminum alloy shell that provides low wind resistance, allowing stable laminar airflow to reach the surgical wound and prevent cross-infection. The aluminum shell also offers outstanding heat dissipation to extend the life of the LEDs. It includes a detachable and sterilizable PSU Polysulfone handle that can withstand heating up to 135°C.

Lighting Quality & Precision

The system delivers an all-dimensional, shadowless lighting experience with a white LED light that eliminates colored cast shadows. A multi-lens structure with patented focus technology can deliver a light spot diameter of up to 250mm and an illumination depth of up to 1,400mm. It includes two independent LED bulbs specifically to provide basic illumination for endoscopic surgeries. The synthetic resin light screen features anti-infrared coating (to prevent tissue desiccation), 2H hardness scratch-proofing, and an anti-static coating (to prevent floating particle absorption).

Control & Safety

A microprocessor control panel allows surgeons to easily adjust lighting intensity in 10 levels, from 30% to 100%. The multi-lens matrix structure is designed to prevent a total blackout if a single light module fails, ensuring patient safety during operations. It uses a German-imported spring arm that maintains its position without drifting.

Efficiency & Adaptability

The LED bulbs have a long life expectancy of up to 70,000 hours, making them reliable and cost-effective with low power consumption. The system is HD camera compatible and supports low-height ceiling mounting.
